First edition thus, 48mo. (3"x4"), pp:[24], illustrated by Kate Greenaway with full colour drawings, either full page or half page, on every page. The colour illustrations and cover design were originally used in Greenaway's Almanack for 1890 with the text being revised for 1926, yellow endpapers, all edges tinted yellow, in black cloth backed colour pictorial glazed black paper covered boards, very slight wear to extremeties, otherwise very good indeed.
