It lists officers, ministers, the constitution of the organization, articles of faith, reports from colleges and seminaries, and denominational statistics. The President at this time was the Rev. Leonard Bacon, D.D. There are biographies of thirty-five ministers who deceased that year. There are also wood engravings and descriptions of two church buildings, that of Clinton Avenue Congregational Church, Brooklyn, N. Y., and North Church, Portsmouth, N.
