Blue cloth rubbed; impression of removed sticker at lower spine. Past owner's ink signature on front free endpaper; Bureau of Public Roads Library stamp on title page; stray ink mark on rear flyleaf verso; Library of Congress duplicate stamp on rear free endpaper; rear endpapers slightly worn along their fore-edges; no other institutional marks readily apparent upon a cursory perusal and interior pages are otherwise clean.
