Collated complete.This work was written by the popular adventure fiction writer H. Rider Haggard, a pioneer of the 'lost world' literary genre. This work follows Allan Quartermain and Lady Ragnall as they inhale taduki, a fictional drug that induces visions of previous incarnations, causing Quartermain to relive the experiences of ancient Egyptian aristocrat Shabaka. In the publisher's original cloth variant binding. Externally smart with fading to the spine, creasing to the spine, bumping and rubbing to the extremities with small closed tears to the head and tail of the spine, minor marks to the boards and closed tears to the joints with joints starting. Light offsetting to the front free endpaper with light cockling and slight ink marks to the rear and rear hinge tender.
