Brown bookcloth boards, with light green bookcloth beneath (visible because of wear to spine) faded paper illustration to front, with titles in faded gilt to spine, 367pp with 31pp of 'A Catalogue of General Literature' to rear, name of previous owner to ffep. The boards are poor, very faded, frayed at the edges and corners, some red marks to back, mull visible to hinge, though pages still attached and with the exception of page 40 are not loose, some previous repair with tape to front epps along the hinge, colour frontispiece and protective tissue guard intact.
