Hard Cover. Zustand: Very Good. No Jacket. Emett, Rowland (illustrator). Signed and Inscribed by Mary & Rowland Emett, on the front free endpaper, but I don't know which of the two did. A bit frayed along the head-side and tail-side edges of the spine. The front cover has a circular stain from where, perhaps, a price label had been. The pages are a bit tanned, and the rear free (blank) endpaper has a small crease to its upper corner. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers 51723

A rare and charmingly written illustrated children's book about the adventures of a pig called Anthony Henrypottery Luxulyan Prettypig aka Harpsichord. Oblong hardback with pictorial boards, no dust wrapper. Size: 25cm x 19cm (ca 10" x 7.5"), 32pp unpaginated. Plain white spine. Contains numerous black and white illustrations plus sixteen delightful colour lithographs, six of which are full-page. A presentation copy inscribed, signed and and dated by the British authors/illustrators Rowland Emett and Mary Emett on the front free endpaper 15.10.54. Printed at the Baynard Press, London.
