Beschreibung
First edition hardback, with dust wrapper. Black boards with gilt lettering on spine. Head and tail of spine bumped and board edges rubbed. Binding is neat and tidy. Page edges are clean, yet bear some discolouration. Some discolouration and foxing of pastedowns and free endpaper. Previous bookseller's stamp on front pastedown. Interesting news clipping from London Daily Mail tipped in. This book is in good condition. Dust wrapper has some moderate rubbing and creases at the edges. Thumbing along top and bottom, some chips and tears. Back cover lightly scuffed. Edges and corners showing wear, yet this dust wrapper is in fair condition. *We always describe the faults of our books meticulously; they usually present better than they sound.
