Brenda is an author and speaker with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a BA in Education. She’s a columnist on parenting and mental health, and has been featured in Chicken Soup For The Soul:Reboot Your Life. She was twice awarded the “Powerful Connection” award for teachers. A former teacher, Brenda’s also a school counselor with a private counseling practice. She speaks to teens, women, and moms throughout the country. Brenda is a wife and mom of four children, ranging from teens to young adult, and lives on a farm in Indiana.
