This first edition remains in lovely condition with clean boards quarter bound in orange cloth and tan paper with pointed corners. Front cover has illustration on front cover in black. Spine is uncreased with straight edges, titling remains clear and legible. Text block is straight with toned top edge and foxing present on bottom and fore edge. Binding is secured. 240p. On front red end pages there is possibly the previous owners name and Brands' signature and an inscription dated '62 in black present. End pages are discolored near the hinges. Light foxing can be found in hinges near the back of the book. Dust Jacket is intact and unclipped with bright titling on front cover.
