8vo hardback; a really nice original hardback copy of the story of a black Bear Bear in New York at the turn of the 19thC/20thC. I presume this is a 1st edition (1908) although there is no date inside; the spine has a gold gilt bears head and some gold gilt lettering to spine; front cover has circle in centre with illustration of Black Bruin in; remainder of cover is brown/orange/black; end papers are illustrated with a picture of Black Bruin in the woods; title page illustrated as well.
