Mild soiling and minor edgewear to otherwise bright and nice binding with bright gilt; endpapers lightly age toned; inner hinges bear old but neat blue cloth tape, thus tight; "1895" faintly white-inked near foot of spine. Clean and nice first edition of the 28th volume of this every-other-year compilation. Two diagrams preceding title page show the "Senate Chamber" and the "Assembly Chamber," listing all members and labeling their seats; pristine and charming maps at rear outline in red the "Congressional Districts" (multi-color), "Judicial Circuits," "Senate District-Map" (twice).
