Green buckram binding. Darkening and light rubbing to spine, some light marking to boards. Page edges untrimmed. Light foxing to page edges and endpaper, previous owner's name to front pastedown endpaper. Foxing to frontis tissue guard (with light offsetting to title page). Clean text. Binding slightly loose, but sound. First printing of this fantasy about a Genie in a bottle. Filmed in 1914, 1923 and most famously in 1964 with Tony Randall and Burl Ives.
