Book has a little 'pencil checking' easily erased and old owner's name on front end paper otherwise contents are bright tight and free of flaws, tears, odors. This is the classic Detroit cookbook rarity in unusually nice condition. Spine and corners are well worn but as you can see in the scans, the front and badk calico cloth covers are lovely.
