Printed light yellow-colored wraps, 144 pages including Appendix, no ads, plus large folding map at end; all page edges uncut, rubbed chipped and lightly curled but wide margins, so the text is not affected; missing upper right quarter of front wrapper; title page spotted and soiled but complete; the remainder of the text is complete VG condition with only occasional light age spotting; rear wrap is curled and chipped around edges but complete, lightly soiled with light dampstain in upper outer corner; the large folding map has had one folded corner either vermint-chewed or water-rotted, resulting in 3 large 4-inch diameter holes in the map, and three marginal semi-circles not penetrating the border, best described by referring to the photo; this copy lacks the frontispiece engraving present in some copies; more photos available on request.
