Soft blue/green covers with black title box on front cover. No markings or blemishes inside or out. Contains Collision and Grounding Incidents all with details of the collision or grounding and the resulting court findings of fault. Grounding incidents have hand drawn maps of where the collision occured, 3 of them are pull-out. Near Fine Condition. Really quite remarkable condition given how the book must have been used. Multiple illustrations both photographic and drawn. Possibly never handed out - book came from an estate sale of a gentleman who was most likely a high ranking officer in the navy during WWII.
