The dust jacket is a scarce second issue dust jacket lacking a price on the front dust jacket flap which was printed between the brief period of time between the 200/200 pricing of the first state and the 195/195 of the third state. Hardcover. 8vo - 6-3/4" x 9-1/4". 61 pp. Very good in a good dust jacket. The dust jacket is protected in mylar. Minor to moderate rubbing and soiling to the dust jacket with minor to moderate chipping to the extremities. Moderate rubbing to the tips and edges of the boards.
