Later brown paper wrappers, typescript cover-label, 8vo, 26 cm, 76 pp. 969 lots. Scarce. Among the items mentioned from Charles Meigh's library were: "Rapin and Tindal's History of England, profusely illustrated with three thousand Historical Prints and Rare Portraits, divided into 21 vols. elephant folio ; Plot's Natural History of Staffordshire, on large paper, with most valuable and extensive illustrations, divided into 6 vols. ; and many other books of distinguished interest, copiously illustrated, a very complete series of the works of Hogarth, in rare states, &c. &c."
