British edition, fifth printing, 1962 (same year as first printing). With original unclipped jacket (21s). With the four publisher's (Jonathan Cape) promotional postcards which each feature a character (Lieutenant Milo Minderbinder, Doc Daneeka, Captain Yossarian and Colonel Cathcart) from the book. These are complete with no loss however there is some foxing/browning/odd small marks to each. Jacket has minor patchy edge/shelf wear, mild foxing, few small marks, creasing/rubbing to edges, a few very small (approx. 5mms) tears, little pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine, pushing/bumping to corners (which has resulted in very small loss in a couple of places), browning/(quite) severe foxing/few marks to reverse (white side), a little creasing/browning/minor foxing to front/back inner flaps and is in only good condition. Boards are near fine (having been well protected by the jacket) with a hint of pushing to corners and minor pushing/rubbing/bumping to head/tail of spine. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Top edge of pages dyed light green have the odd small mark/heavy foxing. Pages slightly tanned. Small mark to lower corner of a few pages. Odd small mark/minor foxing to page edges and bottoms. Occasional small marks/scattered foxing to pages. No other faults. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted.
