Boys' adventure involving the ancient city of Khandara and an undiscovered white race in Africa. Reginald 06003. A good to very good copy with light foxing over all , except heavier on the free endpapers, abrasion [heavy erasure?] to the upper portion of the front paste-down, and front hinge lightly cracked; else VG or better copy in a worn and chipped [mostly the spine head] Dust Wrapper missing the front flap. Hard back binding in publisher's original royal blue cloth covers, black title and author lettering to the spine and to the front cover with black illustration. 8vo. 7½'' x 5½''. Contains 219 printed pages of text with monochrome illustrated frontispiece and map. Spine ends creased, tan age spots to the end papers, book label and ink name dated 1942 to the front free end paper, light foxing to the closed edges. Near Very Good condition book in Very Good condition art work dust wrapper with wear to the edges and corners, not price clipped 4/-.
