Firstly, may I apologise for any errors in the translation of the title of this scarce book. It is completely in Japanese script and I have had to rely on a translation app to find the title, plus comparison with similar books offered on ABE Books. Blue cloth on boards with faded Japanese script on the spine and Japanese script 'logo' on front (?) board.Moderate bumping to extremities. Apart from what looks like 'hand written' Japanese script on the front end paper, it is clean and tidy throughout. According to the translation this is a 1939 second printing of the 1938 1st printing. The book seems to take the form of a type of encyclopedia/dictionary, interspersed with black and white photographs showing animals, machinery and military subjects.
