48 pp. Small octavo. In a more modern chipboard binding with faux leather spine, handwritten label misidentifying the date as 1760. Title page has lovely little engraved rose heart, handwritten pencil "par Colle" Paper a bit browned but otherwise clean and unmarked. A very scarce little ort attributed to the well-known French dramatist and songwriter Charles Colle' (1709-1783). He was known for his frankness, jollity and sometimes licentiousness and he composed numerous plays for the Duke of Orleans.
