From the importance of the subject which it relates, it deserves a place in every library; and the price, considering the quantity of matter it contains, and the present dearness of paper and printing, is extremely moderate." ** Some wear to spine, label and boards, but text-block fine, making it a very good copy of a rare publication, without any library stamps, inscriptions or other markings.
