Book has no creased page corners from prior reading (ever so faint moisture mark to right outer page edge to first/last few pages), faint vertical spine crease, hint of wear to spine tips & to left/right on spine, hint of edge wear, no corner creases, no former ownership markings or used bookstore stamps inside, pages starting to age yellow at edges (publisher used poor paper stock), pages are tight and flat, no color rubbing to cover (common defect with this book), no edge sun fading. Overall a VG/VG+ book of a rare 1970s Dean Koontz first printing book. I have a number of other U.S. and U.K. Dean Koontz 1st printing hardcover/paperback/magazine appearances up for sale.
