Esemplare ben conservato. Gli Stati generali furono convocati nel 1789 e la costituzione fu approvata il 3 Settembre 1791; pochi giorni dopo l'Assemblea nazionale fu sciolta e fu sostituita dall'Assemblea legislativa eletta a suffragio universale. Questo interessantissimo pamphlet è relativo proprio alla stesura della Costituzione francese: trattasi della dichiarazione di una parte dei deputati (rappresentanti la nobiltà contraria ai cambiamenti rivoluzionari) dell'Assemblea nazionale datata 31 Agosto 1791, tre giorni prima dell'approvazione della prima Costituzione di Francia.
