William Henry "Bill" Mauldin (1921-2003) was a Pulitzer Prize winning American editorial cartoonist, most famous for his World War II cartoons featuring "Willie and Joe", two infantrymen. These cartoons were very popular with the soldiers, as they portrayed a realistic view of their experiences. This book is a collection of those cartoons.
