38 pages pamphlet describing the plight of the homeless reported by the London Congregational Union, illustrated with street characters and homeless/poor & Colliers rents (breakfast scene) with a chart for the "Children's Breakfast Fund" just after title page and a short list of 5 named individuals who donated money added by hand to a page at the rear purely for that purpose. Printed illustrated soft card wrappers, covers handled and dusty, bottom tip at corner lost.
