First edition of this, "borderline science-fiction.future history," as noted by Bleiler. Also described by George Locke, in his Spectrum of Fantasy as, "probably the scarcest of Stapledon's fictions." Very good book with some pushing to spine ends, bumped corners, and some toning at head of spine. There is some light foxing to foredge of text block. Jacket very good with rubbing along folds of spine and flaps. Shallow chipping at head, heel, and corners. Rear, white panel is soiled. Original price of 7s. 6d. in tact.
