Large portfolio with title page and a 3 page table of contents along with 48 plates illustrating contemporary wall painting and murals throughout Europe.This is the original German edition in one volume, not the American publication in two volumes, and it is complete. A half dozen or so of the plates have edge tears, one has penciled writing and one has damage on the lower edge but for the most parts the plates are in nice condition.
