The story of the England tour of Australia, the famous Bodyline series, of 1932-33 told by an experienced Australian journalist who joined the England players at Ceylon on their way south. All matches, including that against All-Ceylon, are covered with much comments and some statistics. This is a robust copy of a somewhat scarce book - light marks on the covers and spine; foxing to one extent or another noticeable throughout book; the remnants of a label, possibly a bookplate, on front pastedown; frontispiece, which has two of the illustrations in pull-out form, is creased; foxing marks on outside edges of text block.
