Über die Autorinnen und Autoren: Dorota Szaban, PhD, Associate Professor, is Director of the Institute of Sociology, University of Zielona Góra, Poland. Her research interests focus on the broad social determinants and consequences of socioeconomic changes, dimensions of education, conflicts, and youth.

Magdalena Zapotoczna, PhD, Assistant Professor, works in the Department of School Pedagogy, University of Zielona Góra, Poland.

Piotr Pochyły, PhD, Assistant Professor, is deputy director of the Institute of Political Science and Public Administration, University of Zielona Góra, Poland.
