The two volume dictionary of mathematics and physics printed in Paris in 1753 with 100 (of 101 ) folding copper plate illustrations. Internally very good with some light embrowning but lacking the final plate (number 50 of volume 2) which is represented by a photocopy of the original (see photo). Recently respined with new endpapers and 2 spine labels with gilt titles. Half title present in volume 1 only. Boards of both volumes showing signs of wear (see photos) but, overall, a good set.
