Vol 1 1834, 312 pages; Vol 2 1834, 351pages; Vol 3 1835, 345 pages; Vol 4 1837, 392 pages; Vol 5 1838, 387 pages; Vol 6 1847, 386 pages; Vol 7 1847, 629 pages; First appearance of "The Three Bears" appears in Vol. IV on page. 318; with this version using a "Little Old Woman" instead of Goldilocks. Bindings are in fine condition, Marbled edges except volume 6 with speckled edges. Contents exceptionally clean! Lady Davy bookplate on pastedown of volume 1. University of San Francisco Library stamped on the bottom edges. Stamps are difficult to notice with the marbling with the exception of volume 6 that is stamped on all three edges. Small white spot in each volume where date stamp removed. Volume 6 with errata slip tipped in. Volume 3 with printed errata on the last page and two interchapter printed notations on the prior page for XII page 329 and XIII page 339. 5 x 7 ¾ inches. An exceptionally nice set.
