In this work, Ommanney uses his diverse experience to write of the ocean, including fascinating facts about fish and interesting descriptions of different methods of fishing. He also mentions the problems of intensive farming and the need for conservation of dwindling resources. In the publisher's original cloth binding, with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, cloth is in excellent condition, with very light shelf wear to the tail of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
