A large, heavy, burgundy coloured cloth bound, hardback with gilt titles on both the front board and spine. No dust jacket. The book is in really good condition, normal wear, marks and tear apply consistent with use and age. Small wear to back board, light foxing to edge of papers and the odd page, please see photos. 305 pages all intact, nice tight binding. All pages, text and illustrations are in really good, clean, readable order. Top edge of papers are gilt edge. First published in 1924, First Edition.
