Complete in three volumes, as issued (although two supplementary volumes were published in 1984 and 1993). Example 645 of an edition limited to 1200 copies, most of which have found their way into reference libraries and other holding institutes. Large light blue cloth volumes with black lettering blocked to spines and front covers. Top edge of the pages gilt. Spines slightly sun faded. Bookplate of James Hanson.
