Hardcover. Zustand: Very good. First Edition. Tall octavo, 220pp., illustrated. A crisp, clean copy, very good, in the publisher's brown cloth. Stain on the front board, a tinge of foxing to the extremities,and a few stray light pencil marks, but a clean, complete copy, with all 10 folding plates present in rear. Each folding plate contains a number of illustrations, which correspond to the text, yielding well over 100 figures. An early 19th century American volume on sound dynamics.
