Elmer Gantry, Sinclair Lewis, first edition, 1927, Harcourt, Brace and Company, New York. Blue cloth cover with orange title and author s name. Title on the spine shows the substantial first edition error with the G in Gantry appearing as a C. NO DJ. Previous owner s name written on the front end paper in ink. Some separation apparent on the title page. Small tears at the top of the title page and the page that follows. Paper is not missing, but it is torn. Corners bumped.
