"First Edition, 1967" stated with no other printing indication - 1st, light rubbing to top/bottom edges of boards with a very small fray of cloth (1 each) to bottom center edges, mylar enclosed dj shows heavy wear to edges and folds of front and rear panels and spine - 11/2" wide x 13/4" deep piece missing with associated creasing up to 3" long to top left and short tears, creasing, four larger chips and a 11/2" tear along bottom edge of front panel - 3/4" wide x 3/4" deep piece missing top left, 11/4" wide x 5/8" deep piece missing top right, 11/2" tear and creasing along top edge with a 21/4" wide x 2" tall triangle piece missing bottom left, 3/8" tear and creasing along bottom edge of rear panel - chipping to top and a 21/2" wide x 3/8" deep piece missing at bottom of spine this wrapping around bottom of front/rear panels, original price intact, numerous black & white photographs.
