The paper labels on the front board and spine are present but show some toning and light soiling. There is a corner of the paper label on the spine missing. The blue cloth boards show west at the spine ends and corners-they are bumped-, and there is some color loss on the spine. The book is a bit off square and a previous owner has added their name and address to the front free end paper in ink. However, the gutters are in tact, there are no marks to this volume internally to the 217 pages. The top edge may have been dyed blue initially, but that has faded. There is some toning and a line in the fore edge. This is a stated First Edition and the letter key K - F indicates the book was published October and 1931, which matches the date on the title page.
