The author is a specialist in writing books on financial institutions and money matters. There's a frontispiece portrait with a laid in tissue guard, ten black and white plates, and several appendices including a Roll of Honor and a list of Directors. Nicely produced book, printed by the Curwen Press, in blue cloth boards with gilt top edges.
