It is Number 628 of a limited edition of one thousand copies. The book is bound in beige buckram boards with blue & gilt title panels on cover and spine. The endpapers are decorated with two different maps one of the Mohawk Valley and the other of Sir John Johnsons route on his raid on the British in 1780. Condition: This book is in very good condition. The hard covers are a bit dust-dulled and faded (as are all of those being offered online). The title panels are still legible but show considerable rubbing. The corners and spine tips are just lightly bumped. Inside the only mark I found is a former owner s bookplate on the dedication page. The interior pages and plates are clean and bright throughout without any real toning or foxing.
