This book club edition (it has no lists of other Landmark books in it) is likely a first printing due to lack of any stated printing history--and it has the decorated end pages (see photo) that were done for only the early prints of titles #1-#30. The book is VG with no bumped corners or edge dings,virtually no wear on bottom edges, and mildly bumped head and heel of the spine, without fabric damage. It is clean, square and in solid condition. The interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains and page damage. The paper is lightly toned but very flexible and the hinges are quite strong.
