PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION! The publisher (actually the bindery) has left out pages 293-309 and replaced them with duplicated pages 101-116. ARGH- I noticed it when I was checking the GLOSSY INTERNAL ILLUSTRATIONS and ALL 32 are PRESENT! This is a stated FIRST PRINTING published by The Century Co. with a very good jacket. The jacket has a few tiny chips/tears and a 1" tear on the cover (check out the photos). It is protected under a mylar cover. The book is very sharp on the outside. It has lovely map decorated endpapers. There is a little foxing and a "1-" written neatly on the "Opening Words" page. I have no idea if all the first printings have this error as it is a scarce title and the first that I have owned. The actual book is SUPER SHARP and clean. BUY THIS ONE FOR THE NICE JACKET!.
