Signed on the half title page. 52 b&w photograhic illustrations. This copy is in a blue unillustrated dj titled in white lettering, priced at 30s. Not a limited edition but a special copy possibly for presentation as the trade edition has an illustrated dj priced at 12/6. The dj is a little chipped at the head of the spine, with some short closed tears around the edges. Loosely inserted are a newspaper cutting with a photograph of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, and an article about the Duchess's visit to St. George's Chapel following her husbnd's death.
