CONTENTS DESCRIPTION: The Regiment, organized in 1861, was at the Battle of Front Royal in 1862 and fought throughout the Shenandoah Valley including Battle of Winchester, Battle of Mine Run, Wilderness, Spotsylvania CH, North Anna, Cold Harbor, Petersburg and Appomattox.
