two stiff cards ca. 10.5 in. x 14 in., each with fine illustrations of fashion, possible done in pencil, each with a gold color border. the images appear to be pasted to the cards. There is little text, and it appears to be French. There are dates on many indicating the time from which the clothes date. 1640, 1668 and others. On the send cards the illustrations show more action as if for a different purpose such as theatre or ballet. No names appear to suggest the author or purpose of the drawings.
