In overall very good used condition with minor signs of age, handling and storage - dj worn to corners (now protected); ochre speckled boards, with contrasting ochre spine, slightly rubbed to edges but remain overall clean and crisp. Internally clean. Binding tight and appears little read; no annotations or inscriptions - owners bookplate to reverse of ffep; slight toning to page-ends but text, illustrations and illustrated end-papers bright and clear throughout.
