The binding is tight. The spine is worn. The fly leaf is marked up with names and inscriptions. Title page has several small tears along the bottom and one at the top. Most pages have some foxing. Some pages have small tears at the bottom. The maps and illustrations all seem to be in good shape. A truly remarkable piece of work. Size 10 1/4 inches by 12 1/2 inches.
