Soundly bound in original deluxe grained red leather with borders in bind and titles in gilt to cover and spine unlettered, as issued. An impressive historical sketch of the town, churches, schools, fraternal organizations and businesses - each written by a different hand. A great many b&w photos on glossy stock not included in the pagination. Includes a substantial directory of the town's residents, listed alphabetically with address, occupation and household members. Also included are a large number of period business ads, some pictorial. Some light to moderate scuffing to leather at edges and with shallow loss at crown. Light abrasion to endpages at rear.
