Off white papered boards.Half title, engraved title page with a view of teh vaulted dormitory at Waverley Abbey, dedication, preface, list of subscribers,xx, 224 pages, errata slip at the end of the text.4.4 X 7 inches. The later pale blue spine and margins is a professional job, retaining the original boards which are rubbed at the corners and edges and age soiled, they are quite sound as is the binding. Inside all complete and in good order, some spotting to the endpapers, and dustsoiling to the page edges. The pages are all quite clean throughout.
